NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, 6^th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 10^th day of May 2023, at 5:30 P.M. on the following local law: Adopting Proposed Local Law Number 1 of 2023 A Local Law To Allow Enrolled Volunteer Firefighters And Volunteer Ambulance Workers To Be Eligible For A Real Property Tax Exemption Under Real Property Tax Law (RPTL) § 466-a. The local law is available for inspection by the public, during regular business hours, in the office of the County Executive, 244 Fair Street, 6^th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York, and can also be viewed on the County’s website at the following web address:
