Adopting Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2024 (Adopting Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2024, A Local Law Amending Article V of the Ulster County Charter (Local Law No. 2 of 2006) and Amending Article V of the Administrative Code for the County of Ulster (Local Law No. 10 of 2008) to Modify Various Provisions in Relation to the Commissioner of Health or Public Health Director and the Medical Examiner
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 4th day of June, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. on the following local law:
