OVERVIEW
Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) is a quarterly report of employment and wages reported by employers covered under New York State’s Unemployment Insurance Law. Data is available for the following geographical areas: New York State, labor market areas, metropolitan areas, metropolitan divisions, and counties, from 2000 to the present. The data is by industry and include employment, total and average wages, and the number of establishments for the time period selected (annual or quarterly).
