Public Works Administration (PWA) is charged with the task of overseeing expenditures for the three County Divisions: Highways & Bridges, Buildings & Grounds, and PWA. It is the agency through which the Division of Highways & Bridges functions financially and administratively. All budgetary, purchasing and accounting procedures are exercised by PWA. It also processes and monitors all Capital expenditures for the Highways & Bridges and Buildings & Grounds Divisions.  Offices are located on the first floor of the Joseph Y Resnick Building.
